I followed every instruction, added the address clearly, and expected a smooth, heartfelt experience. Instead, what I got was carelessness at its worst. They didn’t even bother to deliver it properly — just made a phone call and completely ruined the surprise. How do you run a business involving sentimental gifts and fail to grasp the importance of timing and discretion? This company clearly doesn’t understand or respect the emotional value behind the services they offer. Their unprofessionalism turned a once-in-a-year moment into a bitter disappointment I’ll never forget. I will never use this site again, and I strongly urge others to stay away unless you want your special day turned into a complete mess.
